Competent (the most important thing to me), knowledgeable (also important) and friendly (not at all important, but nice).
Staff is great but I wont be back. I did not care for Travis Schrank's demeanor, came across like I was a nuisance to him and was rushed. His bed side manner and social skills are lacking profusely, when speaking to me, hardly any eye contact made. For the examine he did not even spray an anesthetic before scoping my throat and then was very forceful about it. Took over a week for someone to call to schedule CAT scan. Thanks for getting me in so fast but I will be following up with my regular ENT.
The front office staff was very friendly. I found Dr. Gore to be very professional. He never rushed me and answered all my questions. Dr. Gore does not have an outgoing personality. When it comes to my well-being and health, I prefer knowledge and professionalism over personality.
