The office staff are friendly and helpful!
I really enjoyed my initial apptmt here....the folks in the office were friendly and very helpful and encouraging. Signing in on the Kiosk was new for me, but worked effortlessly. The nurse answered all of my questions and I loved Dr. O's recommendations and encouragement as well. A refreshing visit.
It's was a good visit
Unfortunately my car battery died that morning, when I called to tell the office of my situation to cancel the appt, my next appt would be Jan and I requested placing my name on a cancellation list. The office has a strict 3 no shows you are no longer a patient no matter what your situation. I feel that is unfair to real Life events. Not a good policy.
