I struggle with ADHD and was being treated for it by Dr.Green and unfortunately I’ll have to be finding a different place since it’s pulling teeth to make an appointment that works with my schedule. The front desk is typically rude or don’t do a good job. I enrolled for the message reminders of appointments and have received less and less as the appointments went on to where I didn’t receive them at all. I’m still not entirely sure what’s going on with that since it makes no sense that the messages would just stop. Their pho... read more

My daughter has been a patient of CFVMH on and off,due to moving out of state, beginning in 2018. It is very hard to find good mental health care anymore and Dr. Sundar was no exception. My daughter was is desperate need of a provider that genuinely cares about her patients and commits to the Code of Ethics that governs and sets the standard for all Mental Health providers. Dr. Sundar was never sincere in her practices but she was our only option at the time. She prescribed medication to my daughter that were totally inappro... read more

I’ve been in and out of the children’s behavioral health, and I can say every time before I went in there, I would be so scared, but once I got in there every time I began to warm up And I love the staff there. some of them may have attitudes like the night shift staff. but they do provide and help you and make you feel safe and I love the nurses and I feel like being there related to help me and it really did show me that people cared about me now that I’ve been out for a bit. It is kind of traumatic looking back at it, but... read more

Not helpful, my daughter came home worse. I can assume it’s due to her misbehavior and lies being believed. I feel like their job is to stablize short term well being drugged up. Then they return home expecting to do whatever they want how they want because they cried wolf.

This deserves a zero. I have tried to call the number for help at least 8 times. I’m asked to put in an extension and I don’t have one or hold for the operator and then am told by a recording that an operator is not available and hangs up!!! God forbid your need help. They don’t even care enough to answer the phone. Reporting this to my insurance company.
