I had a great experience at Cape Fear Smiles. Everyone with whom I interacted was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Cortez explained everything thoroughly and took time to answer my questions. She also wrote everything out so I could research what we discussed so we could make a plan moving forward. Highly recommend Cape Fear Smiles.

This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in expecting to get a dental implant, and they quoted me over $8,000 just for the implant. On top of that, I was told I had to go to another location—and pay even more—for the tooth extraction and a bone graft. That immediately raised concerns. The level of professionalism was very poor. I came here for a second opinion for my 7-year-old after visiting a local pediatric dentist that wanted to do extensive work. Immediately I felt a night and day difference in the respect that Cape Fair Smiles has for their patients and the expertise in their care. I highly recommend this dental office and our entire family will be coming here as well!
