Dr. Brown is great, however, when i called to change an appointment because of sickness, the lady answering the phone was listening, and found ny info...after being on the phone with her a minute she then put me on hold FOR 8 MINUTES!! When she came back on the phone, she told me she was checking patients out that were there...so unprofessional! She could have asked those patients to hold...
Great Doctor! I started visiting Dr. Brown at Cape Fear Podiatry with heel spurs. He was a very caring doctor who listened to what I had to say and gave me all options. When I tore a tendon in my foot, Dr. Brown was not at the Dunn office, but at the Fayetteville office that day. I called and he was about to leave for the day. He waited for me to drive to Fayetteville and saw me. He treated me and helped me with all options as far as surgery goes. On my wedding day, Dr. Brown met us at his office so he could tape my foot up ... read more
