Went to the boat show today, and the sales staff didn’t bid my wife or myself the time of day. Not so much as a hi. I can assure you, when I do buy one it won’t be from Cape Fear Marine. A kind word and a smiling face goes along way.
Tanner In parts department was great to work with. He did what I ask and on a very timely matter. (Unlike freedom marine that kept my boat for 4 MONTHS and did NOTHING to it). I am pleased with the finished product and great communications I had during the whole process. Tks guys y'all ROCK!
Found our perfect Hurricane sd187 from Cape Fear Marine at the ‘17 Wilmington boat show & bought it! Love the boat but most of all am extremely satisfied w/ the friendly buying process from Carter, Bradley & the others who helped us through the process. Just purchased my first brand new boat. Cobia 296 and couldn't be more pleased. Carter and Bradley are easy to work with and very responsive. I live out of town but they made the process seamless. Financing, purchase and trade in completed with a couple of phone calls and an email or two.
