They come off as very nice and helpful but the counselor Vinny who was always short with me never even had a session with me ended up causing so much additional trauma, having dealt with abuse all my life, he screamed and cussed at me and I was terrified but the doctor did nothing. Also he is breaking HIPA privacy law by sharing my information and telling I’m a patient In general is against the law. As a professional they know this, it is literally in the name, professional forum.

My daughter started going there for mental health reasons also to receive a supplicate shot. One of the counselors named Vinny started started treating her horrible. He was very rude and shouting at my daughter.. They also violated the HIPAA law disclosing private information about my daughter. There behavior has put my daughter in a deeper depression. I don’t recommend this place to anybody. They were very unprofessional.

Cape Fear Health and Wellness is a godsend to many. Dr. Nick and Vincent are kind, caring and very passionate about their work and helping others. They have been so good to my family member who desperately needed their services. I am beyond grateful and appreciative of Cape Fear Health and Wellness, and highly recommend this practice!!! 5 star all the way!

This practice has been a lifesaving change for my household. Dr. Nick and Vinny have impacted my husbands well being like nothing I’ve ever gotten to first hand witness. I’m so thankful we were referred here. There’s so much stigma around mental health and addiction, they have truly provided an understanding, personal and accepting environment and I recommend them to anyone seeking this sort of help.

I am so glad I heard of them from a friend with similar problems. They seem to be very helpful with many problems some people are having these days due to accepting the changes in our lives. They make you feel very comfortable with yourself and are very understanding. They are there to hear anything you have to say. This place has helped me and they make me feel that they will always be there for me.
