I rented with them for years. I placed complaints about mold and my children being sick, and was ignored. When I finally put my foot down they acted as if it was our fault that the house had leak under it, and whomsoever did the add ons was more than likely not licensed causing mold at the top of our closets. I have lost clothing, and my son's entire bedroom set to mold. We have a 12 month lease but due to COVID and the office being closed we never got a copy of the lease.
