Fast, accurate and helpful! I had a lightning strike take out all of my computers and they worked with me to try to recover anything and did the little things to help me work with the insurance company I’m a certified tech and normally do all my own work, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cape Fear if I need work done. Fair pricing, as well. I would probably have them do much of my build/repair in the future unless I was doing it for fun.

I have been going to Cape Fear Computers for all my repair/upgrade needs for years! The best and Only place to go in Fayetteville! Courteous, very friendly,professional and best of all not over priced- they beat all others, hands down!

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SUPPORTIVE The owner and all other employees at this establishment were very professional and supportive, especially of all military personnel. I had taken my computer into their shop in order to see if they couldn't replace and/or fix my laptops screen in less then a week because I was deploying. VERY PROFESSIONAL I live 2 hours away (Wilmington NC) and ALWAYS take my computers to Cape Fear Computer. In the past I have taken my computer to other places to find none of them seem to be able to help (price, knowledge of products, repair and explaining it to me). This is THE place for computers! I just got my laptop back today and it hasn't run this good since I bought it two years ago. Very happy with the service and the computer tech. This is the place I will go to from now on! I'm also going to get a gaming computer built by them. They are really good.

I went to the Geek Squad first, big mistake. My laptop would not charge without holding the plug just right. Geek squad said it would cost $250 to fix and would take up to 6 weeks..are you kidding? 6 weeks without my laptop? that was not an option. I called around to some other Fayetteville computer repair stores to check prices and to find out how long it would take for repairs.
