VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SUPPORTIVE The owner and all other employees at this establishment were very professional and supportive, especially of all military personnel. I had taken my computer into their shop in order to see if they couldn't replace and/or fix my laptops screen in less then a week because I was deploying. This is THE place for computers! I just got my laptop back today and it hasn't run this good since I bought it two years ago. Very happy with the service and the computer tech. This is the place I will go to from now on! I'm also going to get a gaming computer built by them. They are really good.
Cape Fear Computer is the best! I went to the Geek Squad first, big mistake. My laptop would not charge without holding the plug just right. Geek squad said it would cost $250 to fix and would take up to 6 weeks..are you kidding? 6 weeks without my laptop? that was not an option. I called around to some other computer repair stores to check prices and to find out how long it would take for repairs. Fast and Proffesional I've been using Cape Fear Computers (formerly Complete Computers Inc) for 3 years now. They've taken care of all of my home and office computers. Last year they built me an awesome gaming computer that feels as fast today as it was the day i bought it. My teenagers are always getting virus's and spy ware on our home computers, Cape Fear has us fixed normally the same day. I highly recommend them.
