RecommendedNice staff Nurses are helpful and friendly
I saw Dr. Nakkala and ended up having to have a procedure done at Cape Fear Hospital. Dr. Nakkala was great from the start. He took his time and answered all of my questions. I’m not finished seeing him but would recommend him to anyone seeking help. He was and still is a great communicator and Doctor.
Awful! Terrible customer service. I never saw Dr. Nakkala but his PA was great. Unfortunately, her ethic does not transcend the practice! I will never return. Good riddance!!
This is hands down the best medical office I have ever visited. From the front of the house to the back, everyone is kind, patient and helpful. Highly recommend.
I had the best doctors visit experience EVER! Dr. Colom was professional, friendly, very thorough & answered all my questions (no questions was too small or too BIG). Beginning from Sherri the receptionist to Rebecca the nurse to Jeannie patient liaison- they were all happy employees with a customer service mindset. The ladies at the desk are just awesome! Dr. Gupta is the only gastroenterologist I will ever willingly go to, he has helped me achieve the best health in many, many years. The entire staff including lab personnel are so warm and caring.
This office is very efficient and pleasant. From check-in to check-out was less than an hour. The staff was excellent!!!
