August 7, my daughter was a no call, no show. 100% my fault and I take full accountability. August 21, my daughter showed up to her appointment on time and was told Dr. Curry was on vacation and she would not have an appointment until October 2. Had an appointment for today at 3:15pm. It’s 3:40pm and I’m still waiting. What’s the point of being early/on time for an appointment when they’re not going to respect it and probably still charge for the “missed” appointment?. Late/missed appointment policies should go both ways to respect customers schedules. EDIT TO ADD: NO APPOINTMENT REMINDER WAS SENT TO EITHER PARENT.
