Great staff, very friendly and helpful.
Had an appointment for today at 3:15pm. It’s 3:40pm and I’m still waiting. What’s the point of being early/on time for an appointment when they’re not going to respect it and probably still charge for the “missed” appointment?. Late/missed appointment policies should go both ways to respect customers schedules. EDIT TO ADD: NO APPOINTMENT REMINDER WAS SENT TO EITHER PARENT. My 4 year old enjoys coming to his appointments and feels comfortable with his provider. I’ve seen noticeable changes in his communication over the past few months.
