Felix was awesome! Great communication, very pleasant to work with, and really took his time to figure out what was wrong and get it fixed. Could not recommend him enough!
We just had our new-ish AC system inspected for its annual "checkup" and met Jeffery Felix, our new technician. He is very friendly, explained things before he started doing them, and told us what he found after inspecting our system. He was quick but thorough and we enjoyed his professional demeanor.
We’ve used this company for years and never had any issues. They even installed our new unit a few years ago. They’ve done the twice year maintenance as well. After All this time I’ve had this one problem and they refused to resolve issue unless I pay again. In reality it should’ve been done based on good faith just because we’ve been longstanding customers. In April we had a different tech come out for the spring maintenance.
