Our AC went out after hours and Bobby was able to come right out after another call he was on. He gave us his usual thorough check-up, and a warrantied capacitor later we were back to cooling.

My 4-month-old heat pump stopped pushing cold air Friday evening, so, I called the emergency service line this morning (Saturday). Within 15 minutes, Rodney contacted me to set up my appointment. He was able to arrive sooner than expected, diagnosed the problem, and had my AC in working order all within about 20 minutes. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. I'm thankful Cape Fear was suggested to me as all my encounters with their staff have been pleasant; today was another good experience.
