Cape Fear does a great job and is always prompt with their services. I'd like to highlight Bobby Cole who recently administered our semi annual HVAC maintenance. He was extremely knowledgeable and transparent about our concerns and about the state of our system.
Replaced the draft fan motor & warranty contactor. Repairman kept me informed of his progress and showed me the damaged parts after replacement.
Bobby Cole was very helpful and polite. We have been a long time customer of Cape Fear and always have had a good experience.
