Chris from Cape Fear Air & Plumbing replaced our old water heater and we couldn’t be happier, from the price to the work itself, everything was great. He explained everything clearly and got the job done fast. We also qualified for rebates through Duke Energy since Cape Fear is part of their contractor network. Highly recommend!
Five star rating for service and installation. Four stars sales. Raleigh location. The service visit prior to HVAC install was an outstanding effort by Kevin. Above and beyond. Kevin found stuff my then current HVAC technician missed. Answered all my questions. Kevin "knows his stuff". Post install service visit by Kyle. Kyle like Kevin a five star effort. My HVAC unit made noises when starting and stopping, Jeffery Felix the service technician did great job taking care of the issue.
Spoke to many HVAC companies that said the earliest they could get to me was over a week. Cape Fear was here the next day. The tech, Felix, was awesome and will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend.
We lost our AC in 98 degree weather.this week Technician Felix came to diagnose problem. He's been our service tech before We needed a new blower motor. Cape Fear ordered the part and scheduled Felix to come back today to install. Don't know how he does it working in a confined space under the house. He also had to listen to my dog bark at him while he was here. I can't say enough about Felix. Great person, excellent customer service and professional at his job.
