We lived here for over 2 years and love it. The area is safe and it is almost invisible to outsiders. The garage for two mid-size cars or good as well. The temperature in garage in the winter is around 55 degrees.
Love it here. Moved in August 2017, and it's now November 2017. Really like the floor plans. There is plenty of parking. Quiet neighbors. The minor maintenance requests we have submitted were attended to very quickly - I think within a few days. However, there is room for improvement: 1) Even though these town homes have been here for over a year, there is still no street sign labeling Constance Ave, which may have something to do with the street still not showing up on Google or Apple Maps - I've been told "there is a plan ... read more
Cape Dutch Villa is brand new and nice community! My family lived here for one year. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and pet friendly. The management is very professional and maintenance is very responsive. The management team is the same team with the Meadow Creek neighborhood, which is number 1 in this area. Since it's a new neighborhood (opened in August 2016), we expected some continued work in the area. The managers are informative about the construction work. This is an amazing neighborhood!
