I have been trying to get in touch with someone in charge of this company to get an idea as to where they stand with potentially refunding my deposit from back in February or April. Due to COVID, I tried to be considerate and wait, but the lack of attention toward this situation shows there is no one willing to work with people in a time of crisis. I’ve been using cape destinations for the DY marching band, winter guard, and winter percussion for well over a decade. I’ve used many bus companies over the years and they are THE BEST! Their coach buses are newer and clean. Their prices are very competitive. Where they really shine are their drivers. Dave and Kurt are more than drivers - they’ve become like part of our team. The best bus drivers! They care about their precious cargo!
They did a great job fixing the kenworth got me back on the road and going jst as quick as they could it could have been a lost day being broke down but there speedy service and great job got me back on the road thanks
The people that are hired to work with the public especially the parents of children on their buses, leaves a lot to be desired. NASTY nasty women that Malinda is.
Such a great company all around. They have trolleys, limos and busses. So the question is ... where is your destination:)
Some of the drivers are either careless or think that driving at unsafe speeds to get the customer to their destination is okay. Either way, don’t let your loved ones, family or friends get in a vehicle owned by Cape Destinations. Scary.
