Cape Crossing Resort and Marina is a waterfront "Old-Florida Keys" style resort located on Merritt Island, Florida where vacationers are able to enjoy a fun-filled Florida adventure with all the comforts of home. We are 3 bedroom town homes with 2.5 bathrooms and a full kitchen which is perfect for a family or group. We have a clubhouse with a gym and sauna and have a pool and Jacuzzi. Cape Crossing is located right on 528 and Courtney Parkway on the Barge Canal. We are a short drive to Kennedy Space Center and to the beach.

Awful. Must be run by hospitality school dropouts. Night 1: Front door to our room was glass with a bright light on the other side. The other windows didn't even have curtains. The room never got dark. Night 2: I bought an eye mask, but the management countered by loudly delivering linens around midnight right outside my window. Night 3: I can't wait to leave this place. If you like building alarms blaring past midnight, people partying and screaming until the wee hours of the morning, and don't mind bed bug bites, this is the place for you. Management offered no resolution for the isues we encountered, but for 10% off our next stay. Needless to say, we would never stay here again. If you decide to take your chances, Apt 307 is CIRS friendly.
Buyer beware! I had a five night stay booked at this property in one of the townhomes. When I arrived, I immediately realized that the home was not as clean as it should have been. The furniture was grossly stained, the bed in the master bedroom was so rickety that even a small amount of pressure caused the whole thing to sway, Lightbulbs were blinking in the master bathroom, and dead bugs were on the floor.
