Overall horrible experience. Besides the issues with the property manager and not having wifi the first two days, our deposit was wrongfully held. Owner had agreed to allow 2 additional guest to stay for a few days, then charged us for it in our security deposit.
Owners should be charged with FRAUD!!! DO NOT RENT!
This review is specifically for 5366 Congo court. Awful experience. Owner does not stay true to his word. He will charge you additional fees and hold your security deposit. Owner is a crook. This is a true statement to our experience. No lies. He charged us for additional occupancy when he agreed to it prior to our booking. He just wants his money. Also make sure you take pictures of everything when you arrive otherwise he will claim damage that was already there. Do not trust. Do not recommend booking this.
The place was pretty run down. The pictures must have been taken 5-10 years ago. There are burn marks on all the cushions and the pool was green the first 3 days. The owner was very rude to me when i questioned the state of the property. Best of luck to anyone who takes the risk of renting this property!!
Ein sauberes schönes haus mit herrlicher poollandschaft. Direkt am Kanal. Selbstverständlich bekommt man die Kaution zurück. Es sei denn man zerstört das inventar. Das wird natürlich verrechnet.
