I had surgery at Cape Coral Surgery Center last week. The staff were tremendous, personable and took great care of me. I was given great care by the Pre-op staff, the Operating staff, the Recovery Room staff and the Anesthesia staff. If I need any procedures in the future I will certainly opt for them. The heaters at every bed were a nice touch too.
VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE PEOPLE
I told them I was a hard stick on a hydrated day when arriving for a procedure you are required to abstain from eating or drinking for multiple days for. In spite of this I was stuck many times with different needles; some being very painful. My line then came out and I had to endure the procedure awake which I am still shook from. The icing on the cake was that the anesthesiologist told me that I should tell them at the beginning that I am a hard stick so that it doesn't happen again.
