Huge shout out to Sophia at the front desk!! We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sophia went above and beyond to accommodate us. Mike set the tone of our vacation weekend with his personality and hospitality. He started a conga line with music and me my grandchildren and our luggage in tow! The kids had so much fun at the waterpark. They loved the balloon guy and the arcade! We loved the hostess at the restaurant and our waiter Kyle was so fun and gave us the best service too!!
