Room stunk terribly. Issue with AC. Phone in room did not work. Called front desk from my cell phone and was offered a fan for the night. Will not be back.

Rooms are very nice. The main pool is like a prison. Very depressing, chain link fencing. The waterpark is gross, small, mismanaged. The hot tub was not hot, low on water, no jets, in desperate need of remodel. No music playing in courtyard. Did not feel like maragritaville. No one speaks English so hard to communicate with staff. For a resort it was lacking. As a hotel the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Restaurants here are terrible don’t waste your time. There’s no ambience and it’s mostly have nots running around no class or manners. Most of the stage smiles but you never get anything requested because they don’t speak English and they just yes you. I’d stay again if it was the last resort with availability
