I hate to even rate CCRES and Marie Souza team even 1 star. Used them 2 years ago and without a doubt, the worst most deceptive and rude experience I have ever had. Funny how prior bad ratings just disappear. And yes, I have had a few real estate dealings and I'll bet every realtor I have dealt with would say dealing with me was a pleasure. Think more than twice before considering this team.
Marie and her crew did a great job selling our functionally obsolete condo! I would not hesitate to hire her again in the future .
The Best!!! Had a great experience with Marie and her team, from the beginning to end they helped guide me through the process of buying a house and made everything more easy to understand.
