Terrible service. You aren't allowed to check in until Saturday afternoon and the agent on duty said she wanted to leave by 4:30 pm. (check in is at 3 pm) This firm misrepresents its properties and then takes no responsibility. A rental property listed as suitable for a wheelchair wasn't. Washer and dryer were listed separately and instead it is a combination unit that takes 2 hours for a single load to be done.
