New place looks beautiful and a lot of colors to chose from;however that means nothing if they cannot paint your nails nicely. I had a Gel manicure and it came out horrible. Complete hack job. The nail polish was all over my skin and cuticles that she did not finish cutting off. She also did not go all the way to the nail bed. Looks awful.
Terrible experience with Kenny. Cut my nails, both pedi and manicure way too short. The color was running in my cuticles.. I have been to others in the shop but never had Kenny. Will never go there again for fear of getting Kenny. It was the fastest pedi I have every had. He did not follow all the steps.
sometimes the service is awesome and sometimes its not AS great but for the most part I've had good experiences with them. they offer a lot of services and the prices are fair
