Very pleasant experience BUT they could not figure out the problem with the mini split. Suggested I get a new remote and try that since ours was frozen. Just paid one fee for them to come out.
Blake the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional so happy to finally find an HVAC company in Cape Cod that is responsible!
Had a problem with my mini split system. They were able to come out quickly to my house and solved the problem. Their technician Mike explained everything he did and suggested how to troubleshoot the system if the problem happens again. Hew was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
