Brett was great- very knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive! Regular maintensnce for heatpumps is helpful. We are not happy that we were told the new system could heat to zero and the cost of heating would go up by 25%. It does not heat well below freezing. The cost for heating has doubled and we have to use gas heat when it gets below 32. We already had heatpumps that heated above 32 so spending tens of thousands was not worth it.
Customer service was professional and helpful. Blake was extremely responsive on all my questions and helpful me understand many things.
When the Cape Cod Heat Pump crew came to so the annual maintenance on our mini ductless system, they suggested that we add extra protection for our system, and us, by adding a Rectorseal Surge Protector. After a few telephone conversations with Shannon who was able to get answers to all my questions, I decided to have the surgery protector installed. This is my third year having the yearly service maintenance plan. I like paying something each month and not have a huge bill at the end, and knowing I have someone I can call in a heating or cooling emergency. The service tech,Bret, was great. He was knowledgeable, professional, and proficient. Thank you.
