I recently visited this location after a fall. The facility is extremely clean and well organized. I found the entire staff from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor all very friendly. I felt the care I received was excellent and I would definitely recommend this facility.
Came here on vacation after my toddler smashed his finger on his bike. They got us in so quickly and the entire team was so amazing. He ended up with a fracture and several stitches and everyone did such a great job keeping him calm and getting him (and us, his parents) through it. I don’t actually do reviews often but this experience was really that best it could be in a tough situation.
Great experience at the CCH Pinehills location. Dr Keith Chappell saw me for an upper respiratory illness and was patient and professional. He listened to my concerns and explained everything he was recommending for treatment and the reasons why. It was a true consult between doctor and patient-refreshing! Some providers can be dismissive when a patient starts to ask questions or wonders what the reasoning behind something is, so I very much appreciated his approach
This place is fantastic. I was in and out in a little over 30 mins. The staff was helpful & very friendly too.
Everyone’s experience is individual. I’m not going to whine and complain about something I cannot change. I personally did not find the Pine Hills urgent care helpful or knowledgeable, The exam was so quick, doctor left, never came back , The nurse was clueless. Gave me wrong information. They talk AT you not TO you. Other than Julie, I did not find the staff to be Positively engaging. I left there with more questions that I went in with. I certainly don’t feel any better.
