Everyone’s experience is individual. I’m not going to whine and complain about something I cannot change. I personally did not find the Pine Hills urgent care helpful or knowledgeable, The exam was so quick, doctor left, never came back , The nurse was clueless. Gave me wrong information. They talk AT you not TO you. Other than Julie, I did not find the staff to be Positively engaging. I left there with more questions that I went in with. I certainly don’t feel any better.
