Never, and I mean NEVER rent from Cape Cod Condominiums on SW 89th. They are cute and a decent price at first. But they will not fix anything and have tried to charge us significantly extra more than once because they can't keep track of their records. And after complaining for months, our dishwasher is STILL full of nasty backuped water that won't drain, there is mold under the sink, and the AC doesn't work right and hasn't since summer.
