Having Cape Cod manage the design, approvals and construction made the whole process incredibly smooth. Our Design Consultant, Charles created designs that were practical, economical and aligned with our style, while our Construction Supervisor, Aaron kept everything running efficiently on site. We’re thrilled with the result. We have more space, more light and a seamless blend of old and new.
We have just completed a second story addition with Cape Cod. This is our 4th large renovation so we have something to compare this experience to. Absolutlety terrible experience with this company. I wish I could put zero stars. They were happy to take our money for design, over $30,000. Only to submit drawings to council that were not compliant. They never advised us that were proposing a non compliant design. We lost all our money with these scavengers. DO NOT USE THEM
Outstanding designer and builder for second storey extensions. The entire team are highly professional and deliver. Our architectural designer Scott and our supervisor Aaron were both excellent with great attention to all detail.The team were excellent with the council DA approval process.
