I rented a 2-bedroom ground floor apartment at Cape Cod Apartments from 2021 through February 2025, and honestly, it was the best living experience I’ve had in the Phoenix/Tempe area. First, the location is unbeatable. I worked and studied at ASU, and I could walk to campus in about 15-20 minutes or in a few minutes by car. Having Four Peaks Brewery and Infusion Coffee across the street was amazing. Trader Joes closer than campus. Light rail stop 5 min away. I never had any problems here. Lived on the first floor with no bug problems. No drama with neighbors and no crime I was aware of. Great area and the complex is always clean. Staff was very flexible and understanding. Overall a great place to live
My partner & I had the pleasure of renting with both Cape Cod and their Mesa location (San Jose) We have been renting with them for over two years and I would highly recommend the complex to anybody who is looking for a home! Complex is clean, well kept, no bugs, and maintenance crew is very nice as well. Mia made our lease process super easy and she always does her best to keep everyone happy at the complex. Moving experience was great! Upon entering the leasing office I was greeted by Trish. She's awesome! Saw many tenants walking dogs (Great first impression since I love doggos.) I was treated with respect and smiles. Happy to call myself a resident!
