I literally just left this office and had a horrible experience. I did not see Dr. Jones but rather Dr. Alden Kim. He has absolutely no bedside manner. There was no good morning, or how are you, just sit down and open your mouth. He did not even introduce himself. He then proceded to clean my teeth in the roughest manner possible while forcing my mouth open and saying "open wider".
