I’ve been a patient at Cape Ann Medical center for about 6 years… I continuously saw Nurse Jocelyn, incredibly compassionate, she retired last year & I was considering switching pcp offices altogether as I honestly did not have the same experiences with other Nurses (unfortunately)… my mind changed when I was in desperate need of an urgent appointment & was scheduled with Nurse Christine Sicard for the first time - I have only great things to say about her; Takes her time/listens, caring, friendly & that continues on subsequ... read more
Genuinely great. Really sweet staff and solid doctors and nurses. These days we rely on urgent care too much because we can never get a PCP visit in time, cape Ann medical is bringing back the amazing ability to call and get a quick appointment with people who are wonderful and care about your health.
The doctors and nurses are wonderful the front desk is wonderful the rest have no bedside manner and treat you not very well
The receptionist is extremely uncomfortable to talk to.
After going for some answers and care for my swollen leg and foot I was referred to orthopedic care across the hall which could see me in 2 weeks. After more days of swollen foot and leg my better judgment sent me to urgent care which immediately sent me to the emergency room at Beverly Hospital where I spent 4 days receiving IV's of high-grade antibiotics to treat a very aggressive foot infection. I shall be canceling all future appointments and health care from this place.
