I currently work here. Sweat shop mentality. Horrible moral. Management is a joke. Someone told me they’ve been firing people during this covid crisis. These people do not care about us sadly.

It's nice to see all the fine management at Capco writing reviews of their shop. I'm sure it's great for management, but for the aspiring machinist you will absolutely be taken advantage of. Certs are better than experience or loyalty folks, buy them while you can. And if you can't, skip out on this opportunity. Check out their reviews on indeed, glassdoor etc. I assume they keep changing who they take applications from because they want good reviews, They've really gone downhill since they sold to the LLC. but hey look at a... read more

surprising to see these reviews, from what Mr. Layfield tells us this place is a terrible place to work. he says the only reason he likes working there is working on the grenade launchers and the machinery he gets to operate. he says they do great work there, and the pictures of the stuff he works on looks amazing, but sad to see another company be so disrespectful and mean to their employees. I hope you find something better John, good luck and hopefully Capco ups their pay for their hard working employees!
