Mark was a very thorough inspector who clearly explained his findings both in person and in his report. He did a great job keeping us updated on lingering concerns between two trips, and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend his services to anybody buying a new home who wants to make sure there are no surprises prior to closing.
This was the best home inspection I participated in. Mark was very detailed and very attentive to the clients concerns. The onsite presentation was a first and impressive.
Mark completed a home inspection for us in April. There was a problem with the finishing of the surface of the concrete in the garage. Mark noted on the report and referred the problem for review to a concrete finishing contractor. The builder reviewed with his contractor who said it was only cosmetic. After talking to Mark again concerning this problem, we asked him for a recommendation on what to do. He suggested two courses of action.
