RecommendedGene inspected our potential new home top to bottom. He was fair and thorough - he pointed out things that were normal and we'd want to keep an eye on as our home aged as well as what might be covered under a warranty still. The bonus was he used a drone to fly our roof as access to it was limited due to the 3-story nature of our home. Gene had us feeling comfortable that our new home was everything we'd hoped for and we are grateful for his expertise.
I found Gene online and chose him based on his broad experience and credintials. I live up in northern California and I wasn't sure if he would travel. He was very accomodating and performed a very prefessional inspection. He performs his inspection with the buyers' best interest in mind. I highly recommend this guy.
Great Home Inspection – I just wanted to say Gene with CapCity Home Inspections is a true professionals, my wife and I were looking for property in Davis, CA and had found the perfect home, but were we not sure what to expect because we are from out of state.
