*Updating my review* I still love it here regardless ( ponds edge) due to it being new, kid friendly and safe but....This is about cleanliness and proper maintenance of the outside of the new buildings...I have had to scrub the steps multiple times due to pigeon droppings because they have been nesting all around peoples entry ways...the office won't do anything about it..they finally came out for the first time since I have lived here to change everyones air filters due to inspections after being here for over a year...they... read more

They take your refundable deposit and don’t refund it.
Beautiful communities..I love where I live...but be careful...they raised the rent on me after the first year of living in reserve at ponds edge by $100... I NEVER received a notice of increase or renewal by email or anything! I didn't find this out until my most recent payment was short by "$100". They claimed they sent a 90 day notice and If I renewed yearly it would only be raised by $40. So because of THEIR mistake of not sending me any type of notice they moved me to a month to month payment which costs more!
