I've rented at Deacons Walk for almost 3 years now and have gotten exactly what I wanted in an apartment. The property is well maintained and clean. The maintenance team responds quickly to requests and office has always been helpful with any issue I've had.
The properties are always clean and well maintained. The office staff is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I loved it and would highly recommend Capano overall. I been to several properties including The Falls, Valley Stream, Barrett's Run, and Beck's Pond. I thought they were all wonderful!
They train management to steal from their tenants. They steal deposits when. Tenants move out.
