Beautiful communities..I love where I live...but be careful...they raised the rent on me after the first year of living in reserve at ponds edge by $100... I NEVER received a notice of increase or renewal by email or anything! I didn't find this out until my most recent payment was short by "$100". They claimed they sent a 90 day notice and If I renewed yearly it would only be raised by $40. So because of THEIR mistake of not sending me any type of notice they moved me to a month to month payment which costs more!

I had a pretty decent experience at the Capano property I lived at, but don’t expect to get your security deposit back when you move out. I had a cleaning company come in to clean my apartment after I moved out and the apartment was kept is a very good condition. I was told since my carpet has some areas that are darker in higher traffic areas that they need to replace the 5 year old carpet. I have not a resident so I cannot speak for the conditions of the property but what I can speak to is what I was told on the phone when I called requesting information. I have an emotional support animal I was told that even with proper documentation and emotional support animal will not be permitted if it is a supposedly aggressive breed. This is in violation of the FHAA act. It is a federal law that there can be no breed restrictions for emotional support animals or for service animals.
