I called the number Google provided just to ask a simple question did they manage the current property I live at and the receptionist hung up on me. Now what if I was interested in the future to move into one of their properties. It’s a shame people kind be so unkind and full of hate.
Worst company. Avoid renting from any of their properties. They do not care about you, they will raise your rent, they won’t care if you have a financial hardship, then they will try to make you pay for extra months when you want to leave, and then they will find any excuse to keep your security deposit (look up their property reviews and how many people say they were charged for a damaged refrigerator). They are heartless people working for a soulless company. Shame on them.
Lived at one of their properties. And they refused to give me my half of my security deposit back. And left it for the new person on the lease. Disgraceful company
I stay in Cavalier Country Club Apartments , I am very disappointed with the management of this apartment community. A bat has entered my apartment three times in the same month, and despite reporting the issue, it has still not been permanently resolved. I have a 6-month-old baby, so this is a serious health and safety concern for my family.
