Capano bought the community I lived in and everything immediately went downhill. After moving out I had to go to court (and win) to fight erroneous fees and invalid late charges. Even after winning in court, Capano withheld the judgement from my security deposit. It took multiple conversations with their corporate legal to get the money I was legally owed. Stay away.
Purchased the community I lived it and ran it right into the ground. Tried to charge me for something I disputed, then added on late fees. Had to go to court to make that stop. Then they withheld it from my security deposit, so had to go to their corporate law to get that refunded. They will take away every single inch that you give them. Absolutely disgusting.
Glendale Plaza parking lot is a disaster. No excuse for the lack of snow removal. I will be doing my part to contact my people on the county office to have them fined
