Capannaris The best ice cream in Illinois, no doubt. Ice cream always tastes fresh. Expensive, but worth it. I recommend to anyone who likes good quality ice cream.

As an Italian who goes back to Italy as often as possible and one who loves gelato, this is the only place in the Chicago area tht comes close to satisfying that craving. Flavors are deep and the product is creamy. I don’t live too close by but I try and visit a few times per summer. Buon appetito!
