Rent from these people at your own risk. I live in one of their buildings on Albemarle Road in Brooklyn, NY. As I am typing this letter it is 66 degrees Farenheit in my apartment. They routinely practice not giving heat to the tenants in the winter. And in the rare occasion the heat does come on, it comes on for 2 minutes, literally, and goes off again.
