I really enjoyed working thru 2.8 real estate closings with Edith and Teresa! They always had my best interests in mind, and strongly advise I walk away from a purchase that had some issues that wouldn't have come into play until I sold the property in the future. This was our first transaction, and walking away from the sale meant Capalbo Hourihan wouldn't collect payment since the transaction didn't complete!
As a small business ownder/contractor, every expense counts, and Teresa & Ben were incredibly understanding & helpful to my situation. Above and beyond with expectations and assistance. Thank you again for your help!
Let me start off by first saying Edith was the most amazing paralegal I've dealt with. Its a shame Teresa was not able to perform to the same standard, let alone any standard I've seen an attorney hold themselves to. The purchase of the property was smooth and simple however there was an issue being part of the property I was entitled to having access to I was not.
