Sorry to the business. But just like everyone else, 1hr 20 past the booked appointment i saw the doctor. Today i got the blood test results, 40 mins over the booking appointment time. I struggle to understand how they can be so late. The worst thing is no one seems to care or do anything about it. It was better 5+ years ago but its rock bottom now. CAN SOMEONE THERE IN MANAGEMENT CARE - AND SORT THIS OUT as obviously soon there wont be a practice. The one star is for bulk billing thanks.

I told him my symptoms and said do you understand. He left the room and told me to apologise to him for asking a doctor if they understand their symptoms.
I would strongly advise avoiding Dr Alaa Ibrahim Said. In my experience, he demonstrated a complete lack of care, professionalism, and respect for patients. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was kept waiting well over 45 minutes on multiple occasions. When I was finally seen, he was dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I was previously prescribed the wrong medication by another doctor at the same clinic.
