I would strongly advise avoiding Dr Alaa Ibrahim Said. In my experience, he demonstrated a complete lack of care, professionalism, and respect for patients. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was kept waiting well over 45 minutes on multiple occasions. When I was finally seen, he was dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I was previously prescribed the wrong medication by another doctor at the same clinic. Consistently at least 45 minutes late, no matter who you book or at what time you book. Even if you call head to make sure they are running on time so you don’t have to sit in the waiting room and experience PTSD triggered by social anxiety, Nicole likes to lie to patients and so there has been cancellations and no shows so they’re running on time. Totally unorganised. Waited over one and half hours from time of appointment. Other patients saying same thing. Doctor seemed pleasant enough but no over friendly.

It is incredibly sad that I have to gain second opinions from opposing doctors elsewhere! Accompanying my daughter to an appointment for flu symptoms to be told she has asthma! Never showed signs or symptoms of asthma EVER. Yet also being dismissed by the doctor when challenging his diagnosis. Turns out my daughter has the flu. Strawberry red throat and a bit red in left ear with a barking cough. Sort your doctors out before putting them on unneeded medications.
