Literally having to re do our floors through another company right now. Poor product and installation. Incorrect glueing product used to standard install methods. Lifted visible lines in the flooring after two weeks. Staff not knowable on products or install. Cheers for costing us so much coin. I couldn't respond to your comment, so I'll just add onto this original one. Yes work was definitely carried out by your store and job is probably under my wife's name. Still no offer to repay for terrible product
EDIT: After eventually having a response from this team they sent the installer back out who said he has no idea how it would be fixed and probably a carpenter would be needed. Ive since had no response to 2 follow up emails latest being today in how this would be rectified! AVOID! DO NOT RECOMMEND! We had carpet installed last Tuesday after they stuffed us around with dates. Michaela was so very helpful organising carpet layer, bringing samples to the house and helping with quality of carpet and underlay. Connor was a wonderful carpet layer and went above and beyond, as I had forgotten to remove the carpet from the cupboard, he did this and lay carpet on his own initiative.
These guys did a great job. Damian and the installation crew helped us get our room sorted with minimal fuss and a quality finish. We'll be going back in the future.
