If I can rate this a ZERO Star I would. This place is false advertising. We bought a radiator that on their website said NEW. We got an ugly used radiator. When we called to ask to return it and ask for an explanation, the person was rude, with no customer service skills at all. When asked for a manager he said he was the only one that could help us.
