Hire Capa. These guys are skilled, professional, and reasonable. We were looking to convert some outdoor space into functional four-season rooms. We wanted an attic space converted to a bedroom. John suggested adding a bath to make a suite. Boy, am I glad we did! I couldn't recommend CAPA Builders more highly. The coordination of the HVAC guys, plumbers electricians, carpenters, dry wall and painters, etc. was like a finely tuned machine. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was meticulous. The crews were so lovely, accommodating, AND bonus points for tidiness and clean up. It was about 7 weeks start to finish! I am very happy camper!!!
