The worst staff ever, and very shitty attitudes. Especially in their office
This company, Capreit is a FRAUD! Corrupt and scammers! They violate Canadian Laws and the Landlord Tenant rules and laws, and they force tenants to go through the lengthy process of the Landlord Tenant Tribunal, than when they lose, they still don't follow Canadian Law or the Landlord Tenant rules, and they intentionally stretch the time to repay me, even longer. Had a leak from an apartment above on a Saturday morning. Called all the numbers they gave us , left voicemails, nobody answered the phone or got back to me, I tried maybe 15 times. Had to call the police to do a welfare check on the people upstairs… such a disaster of a company
CAPREIT TURN ON THE HEAT!! It’s 16 degrees in my apartment right now, it is not only immoral but also illegal to have people living like this
