I am very grateful to the Cap-it Richmond team and especially to Mr. Bawa. His attention and attitude were very excellent. My situation was not simple. I made a request at the end of the working day and early the next morning the problem was solved. My whole family and my dog Jasper were able to safely and most importantly start relaxing at the campsite on time. I want to thank you again because everything was done very professionally and efficiently.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Cap-it. Their website looks great and the store itself is modern and well presented, which gave me high expectations for their customer service.
