We are extremely happy with our new family room floor. All communication with this company has been excellent. We had a major flood in our basement and turned to this company for help and answers. I am writing this review after concluding a deeply stressful and adversarial claim process with CAP Concrete Coatings that dragged on for over a month. While I eventually accepted a $2,000 credit to close the matter, the experience was defined by unacceptable negligence and intentional professional misconduct by the company's owner. 1.
