Just a beautiful job, performed by Mikey and Preston. They paid attention to every detail and were very gracious and thoughtful. The company is very communicative and responsive. I would recommend CAP for the product and the installation process.
I read the reviews before i selected this company to coat my garage floor. I read a few negative reviews, but the salesman was very confident and did a nice job with his presentation. They had to bring him in from Medford to Vancouver due to staff shortages. The install crew showed up a few days later. They were training someone new and and he started spreading the wrong color of flake on the second half of the garage. August 2023: Floor installation did not go smoothly. Installers forgot equipment and used a faulty vacuum on sander. They had to leave Salem to return to Vancouver to get equipment. Did not finish job until 11:00 pm. Update 7/22/2024: We have some failure spots on floor and cannot get a call back from company to set up a time to repair this very expensive floor. We hired CAP Concrete Coatings to finish our backyard covered patio, which was getting impossible to keep clean. Riley and Jesse completed the job in one day and it looks amazing! They were careful, skilled, and very professional. We're waiting for it to finish curing and the attached photo is about 30 minutes after it was complete. We used the Mount Everest color chips. We are very pleased with the job CAP Concrete Coatings did for us!
Absolutely fantastic work by true professionals. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants an amazing coating on their garage floor.
