I had my roof sheeting and shingles replaced, then had all my fascia wrapped w all bad wood replaced. Jamie and Austin were great to work with. They were on site throughout all the work. Their work crews did high quality and efficient work, and cleaned up way better than I even expected. I was previously quoted an insane price for the work by another contractor, and cap city did the same work for way less w/ out sacrificing any quality. Jamie and Austin (and the team of roofers) did an amazing job with my roof replacement. Turnaround time after signing the contract was less than a week! Finished result looks great and I now have a lot more ventilation with the ridge and gutter vent additions.

My comments are based upon my personal experience with this company. I originally tried to work with them a few years ago. I scheduled an appointment and no one showed. I made a comment on a social media platform and they then followed up, showed up, and did a decent job. Recently, I discovered the potential need for more work. I scheduled an appointment and received confirmation that I would receive a notification with an ETA. No show. No call. Again. Cap city Restoration put a new roof on both my house and pool house along with gutters. They also replaced all my aluminum siding. While there was a hiccup or two along the way, the owner of this company, Mike and his foreman Austin went above and beyond to correct the small issues, some beyond their control.
