Jamie and Austin (and the team of roofers) did an amazing job with my roof replacement. Turnaround time after signing the contract was less than a week! Finished result looks great and I now have a lot more ventilation with the ridge and gutter vent additions. (Note - bad timing on the progress photo below. Dumpster in the driveway was getting swapped out but it was there for most of the day)
Cap city restorations replaced my roof, siding and gutters and 5 of my neighbors roofs at my recommendation. After a couple of hiccups (it happens) with my siding, Mike (the owner) came out himself to work through the few small items that were of concern. He went above and beyond to remedy every small item. I cannot express enough how much I respect this company and owner for going out of their way to assure their client would become a raving fan! Kudos Mike and company for an outstanding job(s). Well done!!
Team replaced our 125 year old slate roof with shingles within 1.5 days. They were respectful, courteous, efficient, and communicative. Gave us a great deal for a lot of hard work and we are very appreciative.
