If the company treats their customers anything like their employees treat drivers around them on the whitemud freeway… I wouldn’t use them. Selfish, greedy, inconsiderate, and will cut you off in a unsafe manner
Workers drive around in the dark with no lights or reflectors on their black trailers, can't see them at all. Wouldn't trust them with landscaping if they can't even do a pre-trip, but I'm sure there will be no corrective actions untill there's a vehicle incident.
I have been using Cap city since 2008. I was responsible to ensure 17 commercial buildings lots were cleaned of snow. They made my job easy!! Highly recommended, the crew was professional and best of all fast, they never let me down. I also have them doing my parents snow removal. If you want professional reliable people cap city is the way to! Big thumbs up!
this company has the contract for snow removal at our jail and they are junk, never come when supposed to and do just the minimum. worst I've seen in 26 years.
