Unfortunately they do not honor their warranty. I have a roof that is currently leaking with water stains on the ceiling. I had a third party roofer look at the roof and stated the work was unprofessional. I submitted photos of the roof to JDM Canzano. Canzano started the repair and said they would have to return to complete the work. Will not accept a VA Loan due to the inspection it requires. Ask them about it! This should tell you everything. I only wish someone would have warned me about JDM, Canzano, and their horrible real estate agent. If you are interested in Morton Taylor Estates or any other project of theirs please keep looking!!
