Was in today for lunch and ordered a burger / medium, I told the server it was well done / over cooked. Her response: "Ill let the cook know". I couldn't even eat it it was so over cooked. She asked if I wanted a box. I said no. Its over cooked. No response and handed me my check. (I was actually surprised she didn't offer me a new burger) I paid the bill and left the burger on the table just to avoid the conflict. Terrible experience. But the atmosphere was nice good music and lots of TVs just don't eat there.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Canz in Westbury. My friends and I arrived around 1:00 AM after coming back from the city, and despite there being plenty of people still inside, we were refused entry. The manager, Amy, told security that nobody else was allowed in. It made no sense, especially when the venue was clearly still operating and had customers inside.
