Great place to live now. Could use some more amenities unless that's what keeping the price low lol. But the staff is genuinely nice and gets the job done well. I've had issues with some neighbor but we got it sorted out and everyone here seems respectful at the very least. The main owner guy goes out of his way I feel to check on his Tennants and I have mad respect for that.
