Went on their grand opening at their new location just off highway 97. The food was excelent, the staff is friendly and on top of things. The atmosphere is warm and delightfull. Now about the owner. Bill was very busy. He made a point to visit each table after to get to know his customers and to get thier opinion on his new establisment. We were the last ones at Canyons so he spent about 30 minutes talking with us. He seemed very genuine and please to hear all comments good or bad.
