Renter beware I moved in during June 2023, the manager at the time was good but told me she’d be leaving soon. She was there probably 6 weeks after I moved in, and then when she left we cycled through 3-5 managers before I moved out in May 2024. Website advertises things like WiFi, cable, dishwashers, etc included in rent/in unit…None of these things are available or included at canyon vista apartments. Worst experience in an apartment They lost my lease and then claimed that I had been living there month to month and not on a lease and tried to upcharge my rent, then they told me that they were going to be charging me utilities even though I pay utilities separately. Don't move in here.
